Project Hail Mary
I fell for the hype. This film clearly had an aggressive marketing campaign — every other outlet covered it, pitched as a faithful book adaptation, the best sci-fi in years, and so on. In reality it’s a simple story that would have made a great 30-minute short. Instead I sat through two-plus hours of it. That’s all I’ve got.
P.S. I genuinely don’t understand why this film has such a high rating.
